On Friday night, during the Asian session, LME lead moved sideways around the intraday average. Entering the European session, it touched a high of $2,046/mt, then fluctuated downward and weakened, testing $2,010/mt before closing, and finally settled at $2,014.5/mt, down $6/mt or 0.30%, forming a small bearish candlestick with a long upper shadow.
On Friday night, the most-traded SHFE lead 2511 contract opened at 17,160 yuan/mt, initially fell to test a low of 17,095 yuan/mt, then fluctuated upward, touched a high of 17,290 yuan/mt, came under pressure and pulled back, and finally settled at 17,140 yuan/mt, up 15 yuan/mt or 0.09%.
